ReLoved collects the minimum information needed to operate the service (accounts, listings, and contact messages). We do not sell personal data.
Data We Collect
- Account: email, display name, and UID.
- Content: listings (title, description, photo, approximate location).
- Usage: basic analytics events to improve the product.
How We Use Data
- Authentication and access to the app.
- Publishing and discovery of items.
- User-to-user contact about an item.
- Product improvement (aggregated analytics).
Data Sharing
- The sender’s email is shared with the item owner when contacting.
- Infrastructure providers: Firebase and SendGrid.
Retention

Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from the app (Profile → Account deletion).
